Troubleshooting Guide – Login and Account Creation on Fundky

If you're experiencing difficulties logging in or creating an account, follow these simple steps to resolve the issue.

1. Check These Steps Before Contacting Support✅ Clear Your Browser Cache

On Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge:

  1. Click the three dots in the top right corner.
  2. Go to Settings > Privacy and Security.
  3. Click Clear browsing data.
  4. Check "Cached images and files" and "Cookies and other site data".
  5. Click Clear data and restart your browser.

On Firefox:

  1. Click the three lines in the top right corner and select Settings.
  2. Go to Privacy & Security.
  3. Under Cookies and Site Data, click Clear Data.
  4. Select Cookies and Site Data and Cached Web Content, then click Clear.

On Safari (Mac/iPhone/iPad):

  1. Go to Safari > Preferences.
  2. Select the Privacy tab and click Manage Website Data.
  3. Click Remove All and confirm.
✅ Enable Cookies

Some privacy settings may block cookies required for login.

On Chrome and Edge:

  • Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and other site data.
  • Ensure that "Block third-party cookies" is not enabled.

On Firefox:

  • Go to Settings > Privacy & Security.
  • Under Enhanced Tracking Protection, select Standard to avoid excessive blocking.

On Safari:

  • Go to Preferences > Privacy.
  • Uncheck "Block all cookies" if enabled.
✅ Disable Ad Blockers or Script Blockers

Extensions like AdBlock, uBlock Origin, Ghostery, or VPNs may prevent login forms from loading correctly.

How to disable them temporarily:

  • Chrome & Edge: Go to Extensions and disable any blocking tools.
  • Firefox: Go to Add-ons and Themes and disable any suspected extensions.
  • Safari: Go to Preferences > Extensions and turn off any ad blockers.
✅ Ensure Browser Compatibility

Fundky works best with Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari, and Firefox.

🚫 We do not recommend using Internet Explorer, as it is outdated and may cause login issues.

✅ Try Incognito/Private Mode

This helps bypass cache issues and extension conflicts.

  • Chrome / Edge: Press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Firefox: Press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Click File > New Private Window

Try logging in through this window and see if the issue persists.

✅ Check for Network Restrictions

If you're on a corporate network, some security settings may block login scripts (such as reCAPTCHA).
Try logging in from a home network or a different device.

2. Login Issues – Forgot Password
  • Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and follow the instructions sent by email.
  • Check your Spam/Junk folder if you do not receive the reset email.
3. Account Creation Issues

If the "Create Account" button is unresponsive:

  • Ensure that all required fields are filled out.
  • Make sure the checkbox "I accept the terms and conditions" is checked.
  • If a captcha (anti-robot verification) appears, complete it.
