Want to add incentives to your LIVE charity stream?
Incentives are not only a great way to keep your viewers engaged, they also encourage donations and keep things interesting throughout your fundraiser!
Simply follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Fundky Connect account from fundky.live by clicking on Login in the top right corner.
2. Once logged in, click on your name at the top right of the page and then click on Dashboard.
3. Click on the edit icon next to the stream you wish to edit.
4. Click on Incentives in the left-hand menu.
5. Add a first incentive by entering the amount you want to reach and a description of the incentive. Then, click ADD INCENTIVE. Repeat for any additional incentives you wish to add.
We recommend you try to keep the description short so you stream page is easy to read and understand on small screens.
Your incentives are saved as soon as you click the ADD INCENTIVE button. They will immediately be shown on your charity stream page.
