You would like to refund a transaction made on your platform? If the transaction was made in the last 60 days, you can issue a refund by yourself! Simply follow these steps:


Refund a transaction on WePay


1- Log in to your WePay account at the following address: https://www.wepay.com/login


2- Once you're logged in, click on the Reporting tab, located in the main menu on the left.


3- You will automatically land in the Payments section of the Reporting tab. Find the transaction you would like to refund and click on it.


4- If the transaction was made in the last 60 days, you can issue a refund. Click on Issue Refund.


5- Confirm your choice.


There you go! The transaction has been refunded.
