Want to download a CSV report of your members' information?
Please note that to access member information on a Fundky platform, you must have the role of administrator on that platform.
Simply follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Fundky Connect account on your platform.
2. Once logged in, place your cursor over your first name in the top menu, then click on Dashboard in the menu that appears.
3. Click on the Members tab in the left menu. You can now see all your members.
4. Click on the CSV REPORT button at the top of the page. The report will automatically be downloaded to your device.
