Change the recipient of a donation

One of your donors was mistaken about the recipient of his donation? You can make the change for him directly in your platform.

Here is how you can do it:

1. Log in to your Fundky account on your platform’s homepage.

2. Once you’re logged in, place your cursor on your name in the top menu, and click on Dashboard in the menu that appears.

3. Then, click on All Transactions in the menu on the left.

4. Click on the pink pencil icon next to the transaction you want to edit.

5. You will automatically land in the transaction information.

In Donation details section, then Recipient, you will see the donation recipient.

Click on the pink pencil next to the recipient.

6. Choose the new recipient of the donation.

7. Once you select the new recipient, click on Update.

8. Click on Save to keep your changes.
