Add an Offline Ticket

  1. Go to your platform and access your dashboard.
  2. Select the desired campaign from the left menu.
  3. Choose the campaign for which you want to manually add a ticket.
  4. In the left menu, click on the TRANSACTIONS tab.
  5. Click on the red button ADD AN OFFLINE TICKET, located in the upper right corner.
  6. Use the dropdown menu to select the ticket you want to add. All previously created tickets will appear in this list.
  7. Fill in the required information and click on Save.
