Add an Offline Ticket
- Go to your platform and access your dashboard.
- Select the desired campaign from the left menu.
- Choose the campaign for which you want to manually add a ticket.
- In the left menu, click on the TRANSACTIONS tab.
- Click on the red button ADD AN OFFLINE TICKET, located in the upper right corner.
- Use the dropdown menu to select the ticket you want to add. All previously created tickets will appear in this list.
- Fill in the required information and click on Save.
